Terms and Conditions – Liability Waiver

By entering and using the facilities of The Smash City, all players and guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

The Smash City, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained by any person while playing pickleball, using the premises, or participating in any activity within the facility, including but not limited to the courts, common areas, or any part of the building.

All players use the facilities at their own risk. It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure they are in good health and physically capable of participating in physical activity. Guests are advised to warm up properly and observe safety precautions at all times.

By accessing or participating in any activity within The Smash City, players accept full responsibility for their own safety and waive any claim against the facility in the event of injury, illness, or loss.
